During the
Abstract Reasoning section of this assessment, the candidates' skill to understand and solve complex, abstract problems will be tested. This is a critical skill for industrial engineers, as they often encounter unknown problems requiring novel solutions in their work.
The
Engineering Math and
Mechanical Engineering components will assess the candidate's ability to apply mathematical principles in technical problems and understanding of mechanical systems. Mechanical design, interpreting blueprints, knowledge of machinery, and the use of analytical techniques are some of the core capabilities that will be evaluated through these segments.
